Ok since i was so bored to TEARS i decided to update my blog.


Here's a picture of my grandma (Dated somewhere 1915 to 1918) (The one on the left with the fashionable hairstyle at that time) and her best friend + classmate taken in Singapore when she was a schoolgirl. and yes she was quite rich, which was why they could afford studio shots.


Heres a picture of my grandmother (25 years old) and grandfather (???) on their wedding day. The wording on the photo says marriage of Choo family's son xxx to xxx on 中华民国; 十六年: 九月: 三日 which according to my calculations is 16 years after the fall of Qing dynasty. So this is dated on Monday, 3rd September 1928.


Alot of my relatives say i look alot like my grandfather -_-" btw my grandma was very pretty when she was young, too bad she didn't smile in this photo. (Cropped version from above)

I don't know why i decided to add this pic?? I think it looks like a postcard. Btw thats my sis in the centre in denmark and her BF is on the right.

Comments- I like those old photos alot, the photo paper used is EXCELLENT compared to those in the 1960s to 70s, the photos are so lasting even though they are about 80 to 90 years old. And i'm still trying to get one one super ancient photo of my great-grandfather in machurian official robes!! lol... that photo is probably taken in the late 1890s
